Data protection and personal data

Rackfish has two roles when it comes to personal data:

• Controller of data about our customers, contact persons and visitors to our websites. How we process it is described in our privacy policy.
• Processor of the personal data that customers store or process in our services, for example on websites, in email, on servers and in Streamio. The customer is then the controller. For all our services, TechSverige’s Special Terms and Conditions for the Processing of Personal Data apply together with Rackfish’s specification, which among other things lists our subprocessors and where processing takes place.

We run our services primarily on our own servers in Sweden, and our information security is certified to ISO 27001.
