How viewer hours work
Viewer hours are based on how many people watch and for how long. For example, 500 viewer hours can mean 500 viewers for 1 hour or 100 viewers for 5 hours. Need more capacity? We recommend adding extra blocks in advance.

If your event goes above the viewer hours included in the package, extra usage is billed automatically per started block. One block equals 500 viewer hours. Extra viewer hour blocks can also be purchased in advance.
